WHOLESALE PURCHASING POLICY

CCM reserves the right to refuse any order.
TERMS - Product purchase terms are 1% discount within 10 days of the invoice date, net within 30 days. All service work terms are net 30 days. New accounts are COD until an account can be established pending credit approval. Finance charges are 21% APR on past due accounts.
DELIVERY - All purchases are FOB, CCM's plant in Okla. City. Delivery arrangements can be made for most orders upon inquiry.
RECEIPT OF GOODS - Once goods are signed for, it will be assumed that the footages on the shipping copy were correct and that the material was in good condition.
FOOTAGES - CCM allows 6% over or under the ordered quantity of mouldings. Footages are rounded at 8".
CLAIMS - Any claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Any product claimed to be defective material or workmanship must be returned to CCM for inspection. Any adjustments will then be made, subject to the provisions of the CCM Limited Warranty. Custom mouldings may not be returned for any reason except those covered by the CCM Limited Warranty.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS - Custom orders are NOT subject to change or cancellation once work begins.
CCM LIMITED WARRANTY - All stock products and custom mouldings are guaranteed by CCM to be of good materials and workmanship, free from defects that would render them unfit for the use for which they are intended. CCM uses Southern Red Oak, and natural variations in the color or texture of this or any other wood are not to be considered defects. Products made with customer supplied material shall not be warranted against any material related defect.
This warranty covers the replacement of any defective product as originally ordered until the material has been installed (i.e. cut, nailed, stained, painted, varnished, or any other finish.) At that time the limited warranty is no longer in effect.
This warranty does not cover, and CCM assumes no responsibility for, any damage incurred as a result of storage or handling. CCM's liability under this warranty shall be limited to the original invoice price of the product. There are no further warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
