Gang Ripping
With the use of our Mareen Johnson we can rip up to 5,000 board feet in an hour and half. The 14" inch blades can be stacked 36 blades deep resulting in the ability to rip a board into multiple sizes in one pass. Powered by a 50 hp motor and feed speed of 180 board feet per minute, ripping is done quickly, accuratly, and in quanity.Most of our moulding is prepared with a rip through our Mareen Johnson.

Straight Line Ripping
The Deihl SL52 stright line rip saw feeds at 220 board feet per minute. The laser guide allow the oporator to rip the minumum amount off of a single edge of the board. This traditional meathod of ripping can handle boards measuring 3 1/2" thick and up to 28" wide. No hard wood comes from the mill with a perfect staight edge and CCM can effortllessly service your material.
