How it Works

There are many different ways to cut wood. Each method of cutting allows the wood to be used for various purposes. Resawing is the process of taking the lumber and cutting the stock lengthwise along the edge. This technique allows for thinner material to be made.

These thin panels are useful for projects such as cabinet refacing as this thin piece of wood can adhere to the old cabinet. This allows for the old cabinets to be freshened up to look like whole new cabinets.
